By accessing or using MOGFLOW, a platform provided by Prantle Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the service. This is a high-authority environment; your compliance ensures the integrity of the global conversation.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

To use MOGFLOW, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your username. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on MOGFLOW. However, by posting content, you grant Prantle Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and distribute said content across the MOGFLOW ecosystem. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are expected to maintain a "Mogul" standard of discourse. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting violence.
• Distributing malware, spam, or engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Impersonating individuals or entities in a misleading manner.
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or automated limitations.

5. Integrated Fintech & Remittance Services

MOGFLOW integrates with decentralized financial protocols and remittance services (including stablecoin transactions). By using these features:

• You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You are responsible for compliance with local financial regulations and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
• Prantle Inc. is not liable for fluctuations in digital asset value or errors in wallet address entry provided by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

The MOGFLOW name, the Triple Hex logo, and all related software, code, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Prantle Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MOGFLOW is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Prantle Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. In no event shall Prantle Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or financial loss related to integrated fintech services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MOGFLOW at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the MOGFLOW community or business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prantle Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
